We, the leadership team of Rupadevi Youth Network, are proud to stand as a united front for youth-led development, inclusion, and community transformation.

Founded in 2081 B.S., our organization was built by young people who saw the challenges in their own communities — and chose to lead the solution. Today, we are honored to carry that vision forward with dedication, humility, and purpose.

Each member of our team brings unique strengths:
Some of us organize awareness campaigns. Some lead training sessions. Others manage logistics, partnerships, and strategy. But what binds us all is one mission — to create positive, lasting impact in rural Nepal through youth empowerment and collective action.

We believe in leadership that listens, leadership that learns, and leadership that grows with the community it serves. From women’s empowerment to climate action, from education to entrepreneurship, we are committed to making sure no one is left behind.

As a team, we are constantly inspired by the resilience of our people and the passion of our volunteers. With your continued support — whether you are a donor, a member, a partner, or an ally — we know that the future we’re working toward is not only possible, but already underway.
